catgate
If you wish to look after the well being of another, and become say a doctor or a nurse, it is necessary to train and aquire academic qualification. If you wish to look after the monetary well being of others, and become say an accountant, it is necessary to train and have the necessary academic qualification. If you want to make the education of others your livelihood then you have to etc. etc. The same, quite reasonably, goes for virtually any occupational (and other) responsibility. Why, then, do we allow over 600 inexperienced and untrained dunderheads, and a few similarly inexperienced, untrained, inept and empty super-egos, to empty the pockets and spoil the lives of the citizens of our country?
