It comes with software to load the drive?

How do i install it?

I am going to put xp on the new drive and have my old drive as the back up

I used Acronis True Image 7, which includes Disc clone, when I got a new hard drive for Ash's machine. It cost £35 to download. It copied the entire contents of the old hard drive onto the new one, partitions and all.

Installed blank new hard drive as slave, no need to do anything else, run Acronis Disc Clone.......45 minutes all done. Remove drives......set new one as Master and keep your old one for a week or so just in case anything goes wrong.......you can just put it back in if it does :)

Disc Clone does everything for you....very easy to use.
