Bush makes website for homeless

The US Labor Department has launched a website for homeless people, but has not explained how they think anyone who needs it can see it.

According to the Labor Department press release the site is geared to help homeless people find work, training etc as part of President George Bush's election pledge to end chronic homelessness within ten years.

Cynics are probably wondering who the site is actually targeted at. Homeless people are probably the most disadvantaged people in the digital divide. While a couple have famously managed to scratch together a website from donations and by working from libraries, most do not have any form of internet access. However if there are any reading, the site is here.
