AlanHo
In Outlook 2003 I am having a problem adding a zip file attachment to an Email message.I click on the paper clip which opens an Explorer type window showing my various folders, browse to the required folder and can see there a list of all the files - except that all files with zip extensions are not shown. They are there but hidden from view - I can see them in Explorer - but not in the Outlook attach files window. To add a zip attachment I am having to drag and drop the file from Explorer to the Outlook paperclip.EDITI restored back a couple of weeks and all is now OK. spikeychris
Theres no reason why Outlook should not see a zip file. Did you have password protected it, them?
Scarecrow Man
Very strange Alan. Good thing you have system restore.
homecomputeraid
This probably won't be helpful, but make sure your File Types at the bottom of the attachment window is set to All Files. I can't imagine that it wouldn't already be set to that, but it sounds like you weren't seeing a particular type of file?Sincerely,
