Main thing to do is not to write to the disk again. as untill you begin writing new data all you have deleted is the file table. Then you can try and run a free recovey tool on the drive, if you goggle data recovery there a fair few to choose from. Heres an example http://www.bitmart.net/ if it all goes wrong you can try a professional data recovery company but 70 gb is gonna cost you a lot of money, it really all depends on how badly you want that data back. I cant recomend a specific product because ive never had to do this myself on a whole drive many many moons ago i recovered a few files on a win 98 system and i had mixed results. Some of the data was as good as new and some of it was useless.
