bvw Posted April 3, 2003 Report Share Posted April 3, 2003 Doug, a gross score of 26 over 9 holes! that takes some beating :) You can mention to your friend that in Texas there must be many bandits of which he is one of four ;) If you really want to know what a Texas Scramble is:All 4 players drive and the best drive is then chosen.All 4 players then play their shots from that chosen position and then they choose the best shot from the 4 and all 4 players play from that position, until the hole is completed.Each hole is played that way, sounds complicated but it's great fun :) Your friend and his partners completed 9 holes in 26 shots, that's good golf :D Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
