Rebel=UK= Posted January 7, 2005 Report Share Posted January 7, 2005 Any1 here good @ removing scratches r knows good software to remove scratches from photos (ive got paint shop pro & Adobe Photoshop CS) ...im sure i posted b4 but if you remember my harddrive crashed so i lost the pic b4 getting the chance to print it....the pics in even worse condition now so ive hunted an old scan. but i can re-scan the even worse pic in if needed. Had the scratch removal tool at 24.Just do a small bit at a time - crtl Z - to cancel the last bit.I printed it - all was well as I expected. andsome Posted January 8, 2005 Report Share Posted January 8, 2005 It's probably better if you zoom in on your computer screen, then use the scratch removal tool, or if the scratches are on the wide side, use the clone tool and follow the instructions. I recently cleaned up a very old black and white photo for someone. It was so bad it took several hours. Looking at your photo, there is NO WAY that in my opinion the scratch removal tool will do the job on most of the photo. You will need the clone tool.
