Question from a chum

Recommended Posts

Just received this e-mail from a chum. He's running Win XP home.

"Box coming up saying can't find module C:\WINDOWS\System32\MSA64CHK.dll when switching on and I can't get rid of it. Doesn't seem to affect anything. Have looked in files but not something stored on my computer. Could be a modem issue I guess - or something to do with my ISP NTL. Any ideas as to how to get rid or find the module it refers to? When message displayed RUNDLL comes up along the bottom near the Start button. Boring the backside off me!"

Anyone help?
