trackrat
Can someone please tell me how to get rid of these error messages. They only come on at start up then when I click OK they go, so they are more of a nuisance than anything else. korgg
Try to delete the directory .kde or .kde2 from your home directory...You will loose all your settings, but this is all I can think about right now ...
scuzzman
This is distro-dependent, yours WILL be different, but:Check out this file: /etc/X11/Xorg.0.log or /etc/X11/XFree86.0.log - depending on whether you're running Xorg or XFree respectively. You can check them for errors very quickly once you know the filename with this commandcat /etc/X11/FILENAME | grep EEPost the output of that, This is a KDE error.
