scuzzman Posted February 4, 2005 Report Share Posted February 4, 2005 Security firms have released information related to a new variant of the Bropia worm, which is spreading around through the poplar Instant Messaging application from Microsoft MSN Messenger. They call the latest version Bropia.F that comes packaged with another malicious worm (Agabot.ajc) that tries to exploit poorly secured computers by generating DDoS attacks. It's be best to make sure to update your virus listings though, considering the LiveUpdate(Norton) for this worm won't be until next Wednesday.
