pk_cy Posted February 7, 2005 Report Share Posted February 7, 2005 Hi there, Can someone please help me. I have a small network with an HP Windows NT server and 4 computers connceted to it. The main computer comes up with the following prompt when i switch the machine on:"Cannot find the C:\Program Files\WinRoutePro\wrctrl.exe (or one of its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available" - and then it asks to click OKWhat do you think this is? and how can I get rid of this message. Thanks!!!! Worst comes to worst, post a HiJackThis logfile here and allow our experts to help you.Also, as -pops- said, don't panic, and Welcome to WF. pk_cy Posted February 10, 2005 Author Report Share Posted February 10, 2005 Hi there!!I have tried McAfee (updated it and all!) then tried TrendMicro online scan thing, and it seems that they both find nothing wrong. However, I am still getting the message about wrctrl.exe when I start up the PC. Can anyone please help!!!! I dont know what to do. and I'm worried it's a trojan that I cant locate.
