Strange folder in application data

I'm not sure if this is the right part of the forum to post in, but here I go.

When I was in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ (so that I could add a picture to default pictures of logins) I saw a very strange folder. It was called "wave meal corn curb" and inside was a no-iconed (just white) exe named "meowspam.exe". I NAV2004'd it, and nothing came up. I tried Googling it, but it couldn't find anything like it? I don't even know if it is spyware or a virus. Please help me... :(

Googling proved to be fruitless, and I've not heard of this before. Could be a new malware. Could you please post a HijackThis log.

I really don't know... I'm not much one for analyzing HJT logs... we'll wait until one of the more knowledgable spyware experts comes in.

That folder is from something called LOP.. but it doesn't seem to be running on your computer which is good.

You can safely delete it! :)

I think I know why it was there though. My sister is a complete idiot a just clicks Next in installers. I remember she installed the LOP toolbar w/ Messenger Plus! It is probably just something left over from that :)
