Scarecrow Man Posted May 4, 2005 Report Share Posted May 4, 2005 Strange error when trying to open User Accounts, either from Start > Control Panel, or control userpasswords from Start > Run.Control userpasswords2 works fine, but the GUI version does not. (I cannot change my picture)When this happened, I have no idea.. Why? I dont know either. But if you know of a solution, please post. :unsure:Also, when opening user accounts, a notepad window opens with the error on top of it.
