Gladiator Posted June 2, 2005 Report Share Posted June 2, 2005 Hey, I am having a problem with Windows XP Pro. When I try to log into my user account, it accepts my password and starts to load the desktop, but then after a few seconds (even before icons appear), it logs me back out. I have tried safe mode and the same thing happens. I just installed SP2 and updated my video drivers. I am wondering if this is a virus or if there could be some conflict with the new updates. If it is a virus, is there a way to run a scan before booting? If it is a coflict, is there a way to roll back without starting Windows?
