Just make sure to only use one anti-virus, as it sometimes causes problems. spyware tools are quite happy working alongside each other. I personally use AVG AntiVirus, Ad-aware, Spybot and Spyware Blaster. I have never needed any additional protection. Another good way to stay secure is to use Firefox. When I use it though, I receive a message daying my Isp has not detected any activity for 20 minuites and would I like to dissconnect.
