Thos Posted August 11, 2005 Report Share Posted August 11, 2005 My sister came from oop north for a few days and my wife and I took her to see a musical.For those of you interested in the theatre, I can heartily recommend Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Woman in White at the Palace Theatre in London and opening on Broadway later this year. A Victorian melodrama with a dramatic storyline, it is beautifully sung by a really talented cast, including Ruthie Henshall and Antony Andrews (a revelation as an evil, comic character). I believe Simon Callow is taking over his role in a couple of weeks.There was a packed house, even in these troubled times. artist Posted August 11, 2005 Report Share Posted August 11, 2005 Bit busy at the moment though.A very close friend died yesterday so will be that end for the funeral Monday or Tuesday.Also going to Kew to see the glass exhibition on saturday - weather permitting.
