The Woman in White

My sister came from oop north for a few days and my wife and I took her to see a musical.

For those of you interested in the theatre, I can heartily recommend Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Woman in White at the Palace Theatre in London and opening on Broadway later this year. A Victorian melodrama with a dramatic storyline, it is beautifully sung by a really talented cast, including Ruthie Henshall and Antony Andrews (a revelation as an evil, comic character). I believe Simon Callow is taking over his role in a couple of weeks.

There was a packed house, even in these troubled times. If you can get to London and enjoy live theatre (as I know you do, artist) invest a few quid and give it a whirl.

Bit busy at the moment though.

A very close friend died yesterday so will be that end for the funeral Monday or Tuesday.

Also going to Kew to see the glass exhibition on saturday - weather permitting. Will be in Ealing anyway.

Thanks for the info though. :)
