Guest moon
Now this troubles me. What will XP users do when Micro$haft stops supporting XP ? Let's say that that happens four of five years up the road when there will be so much new hardware that you'll be ringing Bill twice a month just to keep up. The XP replacement OS is likely to be related to Fritz chips and Palladium, i.e. you won't be able to use your processor without a Micro$haft OS and vice versa. Have you guys got this figured out , or are you happy to let Bill frisk you every time you boot up ? :D

Guest moon
I would if it were genuinely GUI, but it ain't so I can't. Currently, I'm wondering how far I can stretch my 2K ( which I haven't even installed yet )
Prince of Calcutta
i think that once microsoft stops supporting xp you will no longer have to reactivate when you do a reinstall.. thats what i've heard till now. expect maybe a patch that disables the need to activate your copy
