Tony
Hi I am trying to send my self a mail from the computer i am sitting at, at the moment.I have zipped all the files i want to send to my self (home computer) but as it contains an exe file gmail wont send it.Is there any way around it.The file is to big for floppys and the PC i am at here has no cd burner. Also i have no admin rights here, so i can't install anythingThanksTony
expertec
Try renaming the exe to something like ex_ or another file extension, then try sending it. If that works, just rename it at the other end.
Tony
I can't as that exe is, inside a downloaded zip file and i can't open the zip file from here to rename it. Only the admins PC has the zip software on it, and i sneaked onto it to zip all the files i want into 1 zip file while he was having a coffee ;) and now i can't send it :( CheersTony
