Boris Posted May 13, 2003 Report Share Posted May 13, 2003 I've been asked to do a favour to which I said "Yes" but which I can't do :o Friend (who doesn't have a phone line because of where he lives (out in the wilds) - only got a mobile) wants me to download Macromedia's Shockwave player for him to then install on his PC (which has no modem itself)The Macromedia site seems to let you install SWP from there, but not actualy download it as a standalone file ? I've tried stopping the install to my PC once it's downloaded fully, but nothing seems to be left in C:\Windows\Temp for me to get at.Anyone got any ideas how I can ?
