Why is it doing this? Its not like I'm using 10 different programs at the same time.

My CPU and PF is running low too:

So whats the problem then?

I open my computer..starts off very quiet..but as little by little, the fan get louder and louder and by 30 minutes, I have to shut the computer down because the sound gives me a massive headace.

Its making me really angry :ranting:

Noisy fans are usually an indication that the bearings are failing.

Check which fan is making the excessive noise and replace it as soon as you can - it could fail completely and cause damage.

You can make a "stethoscope" by rolling a few sheets of paper into a conical tube shape (wider at one end than the other), put one end in your ear and direct to other to the parts inside your computer.

Opening the computer case isn't a bad thing in itself for short periods but be careful that you con't disturb any components/wiring in there. All the voltages are low and not dangerous to you BUT there could be static voltages on you which could be dangerous for the computer - take care where you put your fingers. :)
