andsome
Just renewed my car insurance. I have had the usual junk mail through the post on this subject, and telephoned several companies for quotes. I then went online to the same broker that I used last year and yet again saved loads of dosh. They now do all sorts of other insurance. For motor insurance they got me quotations from 96% of UK insurers all within a minute or two. Give them a try.Confused .com
dadyassa
I was gonna fill it in to compare prices to Spain ins. but gave up after ten minutes of form filling.I have a Vauxhall Frontera, fully comp, any driver over 30, full European breakdown cover is included as you are not allowed to tow in Spain for 400€, aprox 273 pounds. Is that good or bad ?

dadyassa
goodThanks, I didn`t think it was bad, mind you looking at the state of most of the cars I don`t think many people claim, they just hammer them out themselves :w00t:
andsome
I have accepted a quote for £171.50 for my Honda Civic SE Executive. Fully comprehensive. Breakdown cover including Roadside assistance, Home start, Hotel accommodation for the night if it's late, and a lift back home or to your original destination next day is £70. A total of £241.50.You complained about form filling, but you have to do that on the telephone in any case, and repeat doing it with every company that you telephone. Confused . com got me a list of prices from 96% of UK insurers within a couple of minutes of finishing the form filling.
dadyassa
Much less details needed here though as the car is insured not the driver. It goes on make, model, engine, value, anyone over 30 with a licence can drive, if under 30 they put an excess on it, mind you the qoutes still vary like hell.
