artist
I thought I'd made WMP my default but still get Nero MP coming up at the same time (which I'd like to stop)The trouble is that I like Nero for burning - can I still use both at the same time or is there some sort of conflict going on?WMP won't recognise the blank discs either - Imitation CD-R 700MB/80minIn add/remove Nero is there but with no size and no option to delete any part - I do have a disc though. dadyassa
I have 3 or 4 burning programs and get no conflicts, although I mostly use Nero. I would stick with Nero especially as WMP wont accept discs
andsome
When I put a CD in the computer I always get a window coming up which asks what I want to do. I can select to play in Nero, Assus or WMP. Don't you get such a window?
dadyassa
Right-click on some music file in my music and choose "Open with..." Now don't select MediaPlayer, but "Choose Program..." Now select "Windows MediaPlayer" and check "Always use the selected..." And you're done. Same for other files that you wish to default open with MediaPlayer. :smile:PS you can still burn with Nero.
