I have NEVER had trouble before. I will try another using the old way.

No luck. I clicked on the little globe and the window opened up as usual top left. I right clicked and selected to paste. When i clicked OK the window disappeared. If I then try again I get a message that I must highlight some text before I can post a link. The only way that I can do it now, is as i am about to do here, and right click in the body of my reply and select paste.

I must have been writing my post when you did your post. I do as described above and always have. I write my reply. Then open another web page. Right click on its URL and select COPY. I then return to WF and left click on the little globe above. A window opens up top left. I right click and select PASTE. The URL then appears. I select OK and am given the option of entering a name for the link. I type something in there and select OK. When I finalise the post my link is there with whatever I have named it showing. This has suddenly stopped happening. NOW, after selecting PASTE, and then OK the window with my link in it disappears.

Google

Ummm Works for me.

Did the forum not have a very similar promlem a few months back?

I did have the same problem as you andsome a few months back, then it was fixed, so i can only guess that it is a forum problem.

This has been posted with IE6 Fully updated
