AskingTooMuch Posted January 19, 2006 Report Share Posted January 19, 2006 I keep on getting really bad pop ups coming from my windows task bar. Ive only started getting them so much where I wanna pull my hair out, since I got cable internet. I know why that is, I however have no idea HOW to get rid of them. I use Mcafee, my system is completely clean, or so it says. I have SpyBot S&D and it says my system is clean. I mean its really annoying 75-100 pop ups in a hour duration. Can someone please help me? If it's XP, make sure your Microsoft update downloads are up to date, and use the pop up blocker as suggested. If you use any other operating system have a look here for pop up blockers.
