catgate
What ever you do ensure that she gets a proper full size mouse of some description. Both the touch pad and the nipple button are absolutely awful.
Hex
Sempron? MMMM. I have recently bought a Acer Travelmate 24LM , and i can honest;y say its one of the best laptops i have ever bought. Its running on celeron, but for the ammount of money you have got to spend im sure you could get something better for the price.
