The cylinder icon (hard drive?) indicator light flashes on the machine (not the screen) which tells me it's trying to do something, but then it won't come on. i have to push the power button 5 or 6 times and wait up to a minute or two before the screen finally lights up. i think it has something to do with the wireless connection. as soon as i try to wake it up it immediately searches for a connection, and sometimes by the time the screen finally comes on i am already connected and an update is downloading. annoying! i need to figure out how i can prevent it from automatically searching for a connection every time it wakes up. or whatever else is causing the wake up to take several button presses / a couple of minutes.
