catgate
Did anyone catch a glimpse of this evenings farce on BBC2. Who dreams all these things up, and what relevance have they to sport? The only connection I can see (what few minutes I saw whilst channel hopping) is that tonights offering, like all BBC sports programmes, was full of over presentation and singularly devoid of content. No doubt the rest of the Winter Olympic programmes will be just the same. All commentators and few performing athletes.
artist
Rubbish, for the most part - what bits I saw..........
andsome
It must cost millions, and as you say, has damn all to do with sport. I suppose as a stage show it may have had some merit. I looked for a couple of minutes part way through, just to see if it was as irrelevant to so called sport as in other years. The word sport does not really apply now though does it. It is a paid profession, rather than athletes busting their garters for the joy of competition. The first thought appears to be, HOW MUCH WILL I BE PAID?
