catgate
This little thing keeps appearing on the bottom line, in minimised form, after booting up (of which I am doing quite a bit just at present!) What is it? Can some wise old owl elucidate, please?
rong
http://www.auditmypc.com/process/conagent.asp didn't read it all, but trojan stands out.
catgate
http://www.auditmypc.com/process/conagent.asp didn't read it all, but trojan stands out. That is interesting, rong. I found several references to it myself on the 'net but most of them seemed to suggest that it had some sort of DOS based graphics connection, and one reference came up with this trojan idea. Its appearance on the screen, when changed from minimised to max., certainly look M$ish.I wonder if nel can throw any light on it?
catgate
After a certain amount of messing about I think that I have discovered that conagent.exe is an M$ prog. associated with a "fault diagnostic tool" that Onetel surreptitiously introduced on to my computer when I last set up my BB connection two days ago....unless someone knows differently.
