I posted a thread on the forum today about my experience and recommendation for a certain flat bed scanner.

I was unsure which section to post it in - the hardware one is entitled hardware problems. Although I didn't have a problem it seemed to be the only section I could logically post it in.

There is a section entitled Miscellaneous Related but it is housed in the box related to security issues - hence may not be appropriate.

Should we not have a section - or sections - for hardware and software matters that are not problems.

I would have thought perhaps a name change would be appropriate instead of another heading. How about, 'Hardware matters and problems'. Likewise, we could have 'Software matters and problems'.

It would appear as though the Essential Reviews forum would be a more appropriate location for this specific topic. I've went ahead and moved it there :)

Probably a good decision, but I still think that a slight name change as suggested could be appropriate.
