andsome
I thought that some of you may appreciate a couple of birthday cards that I recieved, and one that 'Er indoors recieved. One of mine was entitled, "Boys playing football in the street 1950". It certainly brought back memories.

andsome
Any home-made (on the computer) cards?Thos. We didn't receive any. I make all mine on the computer. 'Er indoors friend, sent us both a card that she has made herself. They are vastly superior to most bought cards. She has a variety of very expensive papers, and also various stamps and embossing tools. They evidently take some time to produce and work out quite expensive, but doing them gives her a lot of pleasure. My daughter always makes her own cards from whatever is at hand. Our oldest granddaughter mad us both a very artistic card, and finished them off with a cut out stuck to the face of each. The cut outs were very colourful water colour daubings by our two year old granddaughter. If entered into an exhibition with a famous name of a contemporary so called artist, they would probably fetch thousands of pounds.
