If he's broken the law he should be tried and sentenced in this country, not given a show trial in USA.Why do they need to keep UFO information a secret? is it to try and keep up the myth that we are the best there is. Firstly to strengthen the proof that we need more legislation to restrict what people can do in the UK, and secondly because Bush's performing poodle is still Bush's performing poodle.As far as the secrecy is concerned (if there anything to keep secret or not) I suspect that it is because, as you say, it could prove that there was a power greater than "our government" (which ever country one was in) and also it would debunk Genesis (et al) even better than the mystery of who were the mothers of Adam and Eve's grandchildren. There is quite a battle going on there at present, with some communities wanting to ban the teaching of the theory of evolution. USA and Christian fundamentalism.
