dgg9879 Posted May 7, 2006 Report Share Posted May 7, 2006 I'm playing Capitalism II on a Celeron 2.8 with 1 gig RAM. A pII 350 is recommended. Certain things can't be done if the game is paused so it is important that the slowest speed setting plays very slow. It seems a tad fast at the slowest setting, probably because the game is designed for older computers.Does anyone know of software that slows PC's down for playing such games?
