I'm with deuces - flush it.

If I concerned myself with all the junk I had in my spam trap I would need 27 hours in a day and not have time to do anything else.

No, in order to determine from where an email message originated you need to examine the complete email headers. In Outlook you do that by selecting View, Options, then copy the data from 'Internet Headers'. Other email clients have easier methods, like Thunderbird you just click CTRL-U.
