P;3 Posted June 12, 2007 Author Report Share Posted June 12, 2007 if someone wishes to feel 'brave'try going through thsi portal web mail I got as far as asking to revalidate my computer with the British gas system and got presented with http://signup.talkgas.net/revalidate.htmlthen I enter my talkgas e mail as normal and get as far as kinda the thing asking if I wish to set the comp up FOR british gas; I went no further as I do not know t o what I am then committing meself anyone wanna try ???????am still awaiting a mail giving me a sign in portalI can still access mail via mailwasher so A server iS out there somewhere but ....WHERE!!!!!!!!! :D Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

P;3 Posted June 16, 2007 Author Report Share Posted June 16, 2007 my annoyance with them is that the suppor desk seems non informed of happenings themselves, and all my e mails to the help desk as yet reamin unanswred; also I had hoped that if they ARE changing servers they might have intergrated a spam box on server for users to them THEM what IS and what is NOT spam; I have previously had a long e mail contact with them to 'white list' a perfectly legitimate e mail address ; if they gave us an in box and a spam bon ON server instead of TELLING US what is and what is not spam ,things might have been easierthey are no longer my main provider but the address remains useable for me; others on this thread I guess DO have it as their main mail providerthe annoyanse and frustration is the utter silence from talkgas Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

P;3 Posted June 20, 2007 Author Report Share Posted June 20, 2007 I have gotten my link from elsewhere which takes me now toweb mail talkgas log infrom there I have phoned House.co.uk Website Support: 0845 600 5001who advised me that talktalk are now 'in charge' of thingsso I bravely carried on to www.talktalk.net as instructed and gottalktalksign inneedless to say this has gone no where; I have yet to have a reply to my emails and at this time the technical support for talkgas0901 6000600 is constantly engaged and soon to be ' gone home'I am still able to mail from within my OE but am unable to as yet locate any web mail portal for the 'troops'sign up talkgas.nettakas one to this phone number'call our technical support line on 0901 6000 600 if you require any assistance 'which I met on a previous 'expedition' all my conversations so far tell me that even the' support team' aint got a clue has talkgas become talktalk? maybe it hasBUT does NOT answer the MAIN question ofWHERE do YOU sign in to grab your e mails on server....which server...where............... and a PS; do I get a prize if I manage to locate the web site; I aint given up on finding it just yetit is out there SOMEWHERE;maybe it ought to stop its tea break and give US a break from all this agro instead ho humNOW I am even getting DUPLICATE test messages delivered to me server checked with mailwasher :D Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
