Have a look here http://www.dyson.co.uk/colourmydyson/default.asp and you can get 'em to donate some money to CLIC which I think is worth doing even if you don't get the fun of coloring in...thats just a bonus!Anyway...whilst there decided to see if I could find out why the Dyson wasn't doing much picking up when my lovely housemates (all girls :huh: ) used it. Found a nice pdf manual that told me how to take it to bits (ah a mans world!) and so I did. There was more dust in its bits than in our whole house..and thats a lot! Cleaned it up and hey presto it works :) So let that be a lesson to you all, next time the site is offline go and do something to keep the lady(s) in your life happy :blink: Craig you have a lot to answer for! I regularly take my Dyson to bits and put it back together again, but that's not the point....... you are so industrious in a small amount of downtime. Me...... We got an electrolux cyclone things and to be honest it sucks!!!But don't all hoovers??Honestly though, there is no comparison and as soon as this thing decides to break a nice shiny new dyson will be sitting in my cupboard again!! With his permission we tried it out before delivering it to him. My wife found it very heavy and difficult to push due to arthritis in her hands, so we have stuck with our old steam driven machine.
