goater78
I've recently bought the IMTOO software to convert some existing MP4's onto my PSP. I have not trouble playing the MP4s on my PC but after I have installed them onto my PSP the sound is completely garbled. I was wondering if anyone has used this product and knows why the sound doesn't work? I have tried changing the sound settings and that has no affect at all. Anyone got any ideas? Failing that can anyone suggest an alternative software that can do this for me?Cheers

-pops-
This is the second thread on IMTOO software recently. You say you bought the program. What I do before buying any new program is to always use the try-before-you buy option when available before I part with money (or think very carefully before committing myself to purchase if that is not available). All this company's software has that offer so I am assuming you didn't take it up and you bought blind.Have you looked at IMTOO support pages or contacted them about the problem? click hereThe product guide is here. goater78
The thing is it worked the first time i converted an MP4 so i thought this was great and decided to pay for it.Next thing i know it starts messing up the sound when i convert. I was thinking it might be something to do with the settings I have for the audio and visual conversion so i was hoping someone had a similar problem and knew how to fix it.I'm going to have to contact the support staff and see what they say.I've used PSPVIDEO9 and its very good for converting DVD's to PSP format but it doesn't appear to work when you try and convert MP4's to PSP format.I may try another software as there are a few about i think
