Network/ftp install in Vista

I downloaded Vista RC1 but I don't have a DVD burner . I could of course borrow a removeable harddisc and ask a friend with a burner to do it for me . But I was wondering if there is a network install option. Like put the files on one machine that would serve as an FTP or HTPP server and boot the other machine with a floppy or something and install through the network.

is there such option?

I do not think a Network Installation is available on Vista, although I did find this page interesting:

i believe thats for floppy boot, still you need a disc or DVD with the installation software on it.

Seshomaru Samma, ive used Vista RC1 and was never that impressed.

if your system has a fast enough Processor and enough ram try VMwares Virtual sulutions.
