admin problem

I have lost the admin password for XP.

Would like to instal some stuff but it's impossible without admin access.

What are my options?

if your in dear need of the administration password there is third party applications to do so. but, personally i wouldnt help some one get them unless they could settle my mind that THEY are the admin, and not trying to get another users password.

Without violating forum rules, I would reccomend finding certian bootable programs that can reset this password. You can find directions for this if you search long enough. Forums won't be much help for this one.
