This involves notifying any potential foreign criminals and/or illegal immigrants that if they send their names and addresses to our Home Office we will send them £5000 just to stay at home. People are dying because they are not allowed drugs that can save their lives, and now the want to bribe foreign criminals to leave the country. They have seen the problems building up in our prisons for years now and have done nothing at all about it. Over 70% of prisoners are in for non violent offences, surely they could have severe NON CUSTODIAL sentences. Over 10,000 prisoners are foreign nationals. Why the hell aren't they sent home in any case? What kind of idiot come up with a scheme like this to pay these thugs to leave? Why on earth should the tax payer support them in British prisons, because it would infringe their civil liberties and put them in danger in many cases if they were sent away? I am not talking in this instance about descendants of immigrants, I am talking about violent people who have committed violent crimes in this country, and are kept here because they may face death if they are returned home. SO WHAT, if they want to stay they should not have misbehaved in the first instance. For pity's sake charter a fleet of planes once and for all and send the whole lot packing.
