kos99ngel
Hey I is it possible to upload from my camcorder to my computer & burn it into DVD. I need a RCA support card to do this right? Also anyone know any good programs that I could upload videos from my camcorder? Would it also be possible to upload vhs movies to my computer & convert them into DVD? -pops-
If it's an analogue camcorder the easiest thing you can do is get a PVR (Personal Video Recorder) such as click here for a USB model or click here for a PCI one. These will record TV programs as well as accept analogue inputs from camcorders and VCR machines.I've had the USB model for about two years and can't fault it. I do most of my recording of TV programmes with it before transferring to DVD (if I intend keeping them, of course).I used to suggest getting an analogue to digital converter type of device but, the PVR devices aren't much more expensive and very much more versatile. dadyassa
The make and model of camcorder would help. Some camcorders you can pass VHS through them to the PC. It will tell you in the instruction manual if yours is capable. You will need a firewire card in the PC and a firewire lead to connect to the camcorder. Instructions will also be in the manual.A program like Nero is ok if you dont want to do too technical editing.
