IE7 v Mozilla Legibility

AlanHo, FF has the upper hand here because you can set a minimum font size; you can set it to something that you find easier to see. Cozofdeath's thread alluded to it.

In v2 of FF navigate to Tools > Options > Content. In the Fonts and Colours box, click on the advanced button and on the right it gives you the option to set a minimum font size.

Good coded sites(like this one :) )don't have a problem rendering pages with larger fonts sizes but some others will; it just means you can get text in the wrong place/obscured sometimes.

I'm surprised that this option hasn't been introduced with IE7.

I must have faulty vision. I have tried all the settings in Mozilla and none produce the text clarity you find in IE7.

I honestly believe that people who claim Mozilla text to be better than clear type in IE7 to be deluding themselves.

Must get down to specsavers....... ;)
