Prank virus?

Hi

I have been recently infected by a trojan but thankfully managed to clear it from my system. However, ever since its infection, my computer hasn't been the same again.

My touchpad's scrolling is unable to function and when I enter Control Panel > Mouse, it isn't the same GUI interface as the XP version and some tabs are missing. The weird bit is that when I plug in a USB mouse, the scrolling on the mouse works perfectly but is still unable to scroll with the touchpad.

My default windows fonts have been changed. I managed to change some back but when I run some programs or play any game which shows the fonts as default fonts, it becomes this weird cursive font instead of what it supposed to be like.

My application panel's shortcuts aren't working even after checking and double checking the shortcuts for them. They point to the right location but just won't run when I press it.

Lastly, when I try to access Computer Management or User Accounts, it pops up with an error message that says I have no permission to enter, please check with your system administrator. I DIDN'T HAVE THIS BEFORE!

I've been through a whole bunch of HiJack logs and virus cleaning and confirmed the trojan no longer exists in my system. Can someone help me to restore these settings without reinstalling Windows? :(

Many thanks
