Coreper
i've got 2 questions about MicroSoft Paint:1. how can i make it prompt if i want to make my pasted selection fit the border, or leave the border the same size and keep other parts of my pasted selection from being displayed?2. i remember that i used to have a paint [on windows] which was able to remove 1 specified color. does anyone know why that isnt possible anymore, and -if it isnt MS Paint- which application that is?thanksbtw: this is enabled in the paint from Windows 2000
Scarecrow Man
Perhaps this will be able to what you want it to: http://www.getpaint.net.I think the removing one colour can be done if you click the eraser, choose a colour and click the area, but I could be wrong. Scarecrow Man
I agree GIMP is quite powerful, but I do not know of these features in mspaint.
Coreper
im not quite sure this was MS Paintbut it used to be standard with Windows [95 {and 98?}]and you dont know about the prompt thing?anyone else?
Scarecrow Man
The border part, if I understand correctly, is quite simple. If your image is too large for the current size of the canvas (the white area) it will ask if you want it enlarged. If you paste an image smaller than the border, you will not be asked. Is this what you are talking about?
Coreper
yes thats what im talking about, but this seems to be disabled in windows XPdo you knwo how to enable this?
sgtbilco
At present, I am using Mspaint for masks in Proshow Producer 4.5. I am doing fine, I think, with the black background, ut I can't find out how to move text within the background rectangle. I could use some help.
