Did it work correctly then?What I would try first is to see if all your devices work correctly. Check with the Device Manager if you have any incorrectly working devices with a yellow exclamation mark on them. What disk drive(s) do you have? I assume you have Windows on your C: drive. What happens if you open Windows Explorer, then type C:\ [Enter] in the address bar? Do you get an error, or do you see the C: drive's contents?Re Internet connection: what kind of connection do you have? Both my CD burner drives don't work.And no I didn't see the Internet Setup Wizard. It has worked (internet that is) on at least one of the OS's on one of the hard drives. ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb Posted December 11, 2006 Report Share Posted December 11, 2006 So this problem you are having now is on XP?To find what your install drive is, issue echo %systemroot% from a command prompt window. Then try to type that device into Explorer's address bar, e.g. C:\If this doesn't show you the content, then a system restore, or even repair install, may be needed.
