Hey guy, i have a persuasive speech coming up. Topic is "Why is it better to buy online?" and i'm pro buying online. Anything you guys think i should mention? Thanks for the help.

One negative - the security aspects.

Many positives like the success of, say, Amazon and eBay.

For me the main advantage of online shopping is the vast assortment of goods available at some shops. Amazon.com has a very wide range of goods, but additionally I can shop at amazon.co.uk, amazon.de, amazon.fr, and of course amazon.co.jp.

But not everybody likes online shopping, and not everybody is comfortable doing it.

In my view (and experience), people who hate shopping (like me) love online shopping.

People who love shopping have no interest in online shops; they love to go browsing in real shops - something I deeply detest.

As -pops- points out, security is important. People who do online shopping should have some basic knowledge of Internet security. E.g. where it is safe to enter private information, and where it is not. Also never buy from sites that advertise their wares via spam. And as always: if an offer seems to good to be true, it probably is.

For me the advantage of internet shopping is the ability to sit in one place and

1 Examine the specifications of whatever I am Interested in.

2. Decide on the merits of the goods.

3. Compare costs on a shopping site (Kelkoo, etc.) taking account of delivery charges, although often free.

All in warmth and comfort.

One big factor, to we frugal Yorkshire folk, is that there are no car parking charges, and also no traffic chaos to contend with.
