You can search for multiple words like"two words"-or-two + wordsplus many other combinations. Unfortunately I cannot find the download location any more (Lookoutsoft has been acquired by Microsoft, and Lookout has been incorporated into Windows Desktop Search). However, I still have the installer, and I can send it to you if interested.Of course if you have the full Windows Desktop Search installed, you can search with the same methods. If you use some unique combinations, I don't think it takes long to get the required results. And yes it also depends on your machine speed and volume of the mails. :)Any way the alternate option suggested by you also required .net if you are using the latest 2003 version of Outlook. And yes it also depends on your machine speed and volume of the mails. :)It is even more difficult if you have more than one mail store, e.g. a Personal Folders File with subject folders, an archive PST file, and current messages stored on an Exchange Server. With Outlook search you have to search each store separately, and if the Exchange Server is on a remote location, it can take a very long time to return some results. Lookout just takes a few seconds to return results from 10 years of stored mail.But back to the Advanced Find in Outlook. I haven't found any useful info in Help. You can search the combination of xxx, xxx words but can't use other operators in the search. :( Look out may be the best one to search in high volumes of mails.You are the winner PAT.
