-pops- Posted December 26, 2006 Report Share Posted December 26, 2006 It is a requirement of all Windows computers that the Product Key is on a sticker firmly affixed to the case.Have you checked?Otherwise you will have to contact Microsoft for advice. It is not possible for Windows Forum to offer serial numbers and Product Keys.Note that if you re-install the operating system then all data on that drive partition is lost.
