I have been using tesco dial-up while waiting for my TalkTalk Broadband connection to be activated. Now I have the BB up and running I'm trying to find a way to configure Outlook Express to check for any e-mails that may still be going to my old Tesco account. Any help here would be appreciated. Thanks, in advance.

Hi Doug,

I use Outlook (not express), but I expect it will be much the same.

I think you need to add a new account: Tools, Accounts, add new account. You will need Tesco's POP3 address. If you log into your old dial-up account on Tesco's website and search for POP3, they will probably give instructions how to achieve it. You need to know what to enter for incoming and outgoing mail. When you have added the new account, you just need to make sure that your new broadband is your default access for both accounts.

Hope that is of some help for the time being. Good luck! :)
