This means that there will be no further updates issued for that version.To maintain anti-virus protection on your machine if you use AVG, it is vital that you update to AVG 7.5 as soon as you can.You can get AVG 7.5 Free from click here.If you're using AVG Professional you can get the new version from click here.Don't delay - do it today. -pops- Posted February 18, 2007 Author Report Share Posted February 18, 2007 The point I was trying to bring to people's attention is that support (that includes updates) for the 7.1 version ends today.You may very well be one of the many who updated long ago but, there are more people on Windows Forum than you, Coreper. I am certain there are many people who are not aware of these changes. These people are not only being foolish to themselves but to others who are diligent in keeping their A/V current but who may then be subjected to unnecessary virus assaults by these non-thinkers.If you know anyone who uses AVG and has not installed the new version, get them to do it before they are caught in a quagmire of viruses.
