I suggest you have a look at the free stuff here and choose one of the free AV's available, Avast or AVG are very popular. Download the file and then disconnect from the internet, uninstall the Norton trial and install the free AV you chose. You can then reconnect to the internet and update the new anti virus and bobs your uncle. :flowers:

You may need to use the Norton Removal Tool to get Norton fully off your computer.
